Our Returns & Exchanges policy is 30 days. Once 30 days have elapsed from your purchase date, unfortunately your order is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition as received in the original packaging. Items that are Missing Parts, Damaged, or Altered in anyway Cannot be returned.
- Defective items are only eligible to be exchanged for a replacement. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
- A restocking fee will apply to items returned to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
